Elan is a work experience project in the HORECA sector near the North Station.

Every week about 14 employees in training practice there on a range of soups, sandwiches, snacks, pastas, daily specials and desserts. From the street side you can reach Elan street - the sandwich bar where you can enjoy a traditional sandwich, Fair Trade coffee or a juice of the week from 8.30 to 15.00.

The emphasis is on vegetables and freshness, but carnivores are also catered for. Sources of inspiration are the seasons, the many places of origin of the employees and leftovers that encourage the zero-waste principle. Part of the team from Elan goes out on a weekly basis to cater for and deliver all kinds of food. Creative street and finger food, colorful buffets and appetizing walking dinners have become a trademark for a loyal customer base
